Job Description
- POS System Management & Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with external system vendors to maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade the store's POS systems.
- On-Site Store Support: Provide hands-on, practical IT support directly at the retail store level to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize technical downtime.
- Internal IT Helpdesk: Serve as the go-to person for internal staff, handling daily IT inquiries, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network connectivity issues.

Requirement
【Must】
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems engineering.
- Business-level English
- Practical experience troubleshooting hardware and maintaining basic IT infrastructure
【Advantage】
- Knowledge of retail POS environments
