Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage product registration and listing updates across e-commerce platforms
- Support the operation and growth of social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and LINE
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and conduct data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports and recommendations based on campaign and sales results
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize marketing initiatives
- Support influencer marketing activities and maintain relationships with external partners
- Assist in developing brand awareness and customer engagement strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and social media best practices
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Over 2 years experience in managing social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok for business purposes
- Experience operating or managing e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools
- Conversational English skill
