  • Job Description

    - Lead the quality preparation for the products using APQP/PPAP to ensure production readiness.
    - Monitor and improve production and assembly processes from a quality perspective to stabilize the mass production line.
    - Strictly control and approve changes inMachine, Material, and Method (4M) to prevent defects during the high-volume production phase.
    - Utilize 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis to solve complex technical issues on the shop floor and implement corrective actions.
    - Act as a bridge between the Engineering office and the Production floor to drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) in product yield.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance or Process Engineering in the automotive parts industry
    - Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001
    - Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC.
