• Job Description

  Accounting & Financial Management
  - Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, costing, and taxation
  - Manage month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and on time
  - Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports
  - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
  - Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and related government authorities
  Budgeting & Cost Control
  - Monitor company budgets, expenses, and financial performance
  - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability
  - Supervise cost accounting and inventory control processes
  Team Management
  - Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team
  - Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure smooth operations
  - Improve accounting processes and internal controls
  Cross-functional Coordination
  - Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and management teams regarding financial and operational matters
  - Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning
