    Responsibilities
    - Analyze mold issues and implement improvement activities
    - Prepare preventive maintenance (PM) and repair plans to support the production line
    - Control spare parts and maintain related documentation
    - Support production in terms of productivity, breakdown handling, and problem monitoring
    - Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications

    - Experience in Mold Maintenance of Plastic Injection Mold
    - A person who wants to try to be a Supervisor, Assistant Manager in the future(No need for management experience right now)
