  • Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Supervise daily warehouse and removal operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
    - Allocate manpower and trucks according to daily operation requirements
    - Monitor daily operation progress and solve problems on-site
    - Control inbound and outbound goods in the warehouse
    - Manage subcontractors when internal manpower or trucks are insufficient
    - Control stock of packing materials and office supplies
    - Ensure safety standards, safe driving practices, and quality control
    - Handle daily petty cash and related expense summaries
    - Train team members on packing standards, service manners, safety, and work quality
    - Supervise approximately 30 team members

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in any field
    - At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, removal, or related operations, including team supervision or team leader responsibilities
    - Business-level English
    - Able to work on Saturdays and support overtime during peak periods as required

    【Advantage】
    - Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    - Knowledge of safety standards and quality control
    - Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; able to coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and service providers
