Job Description
Maintenance Leadership & Team Management:
•Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team, including technicians and mechanics.
•Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks, preventive maintenance (PM), and repair work orders.
•Foster a proactive and collaborative team environment focused on safety and efficiency.
Hands-On Machine Troubleshooting & Repair:
•Serve as the primary technical expert for troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment.
•Perform hands-on repairs and adjustments to minimize machine downtime.
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Implementation:
•Champion the TPM program across the plant, driving the pillars of Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement.
•Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and checklists.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Maintenance Leader in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing, planning, controlling, and supervising maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utility systems within a factory or building
- Proven hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing a range of production machinery
- Demonstrable experience implementing and managing a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systemEnglish Level
