  Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage daily delivery operations, including route and schedule optimization to improve efficiency
  • Supervise drivers, transportation staff, and related teams to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Monitor vehicle readiness and oversee preventive maintenance to ensure fleet reliability
  • Control transportation costs, including fuel, labor, and maintenance expenses, within approved budgets
  • Resolve operational issues such as vehicle breakdowns, delivery delays, accidents, and customer complaints
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Project teams to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Prepare operational reports and KPI summaries for management review and process improvement
  • Develop and improve transportation systems and processes to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
