• Job Description

  
  - Manage project operations in alignment with company vision, policies, and business objectives
  - Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards
  - Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams throughout project execution
  - Supervise booth production, construction, and on-site installation activities
  - Organize and lead internal meetings to resolve operational and project-related issues
  - Ensure readiness of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles required for project operations
  - Work closely with design teams to adjust and develop designs according to client requirements using SketchUp and AutoCAD
  - Prepare project cost estimations including materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses
  - Monitor project expenses and control costs effectively
  - Track installation progress and ensure smooth on-site operations
  - Support other project-related assignments as required
