  • Job Description

    - Analyze mold and die issues and implement improvement activities
    - Prepare preventive maintenance (PM) and repair plans to support the production line
    - Control spare parts and maintain related documentation
    - Support production in terms of productivity, breakdown handling, and problem monitoring
    - Coordinate with related departments to ensure stable production quality
    - Support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and productivity
    - Work with Project/Process Engineering to develop tooling and systems to optimize production efficiency and reduce manual processes
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    - Over 3 years of experience in automotive parts, especially in plastic injection mold design and engineering
    - Conversational English
    - Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
    - Able to read, calculate, and understand drawings (CAD)

    【Advantage】
    - Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001
    - Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
    - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
