    Job Descriptions

    • Review tender documents (ITB, requirements, specs, drawings) and raise queries for discrepancies or missing information
    • Clarify/complete design inputs for accurate estimation
    • Coordinate with internal designers to validate design information
    • Perform quantity take-off and verify specs against drawings
    • Prepare, validate, and maintain BOQs
    • Identify discrepancies across design docs, BOQs, and actual quantities
    • Develop cost comparison and support value engineering / cost optimization
    • Assist in variation and change order evaluations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field, with 5+ years’ quantity surveying/interior experience
    • Experience reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing BOQs
    • Experience reviewing costs and performing cost analysis, price comparison, and quotation evaluation against specifications and budgets
    • Experience sourcing, coordinating with, and negotiating with local and overseas suppliers
    • Knowledge of cost structures for loose, custom-made, and imported furniture; English communication (business level)

    • Knowledge of furniture materials (wood, laminate, veneer, HPL, metal, glass, fabric) and hardware (hinges, slides, fittings, soft-close systems)
