Job Description

- Plan, control, and manage overall warehouse operations, including inventory storage, inbound and outbound shipments, and stock counting processes.- Monitor and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with company standards and operational procedures.- Coordinate with internal departments such as purchasing, sales, logistics, and accounting, as well as external parties including suppliers, transport providers, and customers.- Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.- Conduct regular stock checks, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.- Verify and maintain all warehouse-related documents, including inventory records, delivery notes, goods receiving reports, and stock movement reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.- Identify operational issues, report problems promptly, and propose practical solutions and improvement plans to enhance warehouse performance and efficiency.- Support the Warehouse Manager in improving warehouse systems, workflow processes, and team performance.- Prepare regular reports related to warehouse operations, stock status, and inventory control for management review.
