  • Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end footwear development from concept to production, ensuring quality, performance, and cost efficiency
    • Manage and mentor development team; collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and sourcing teams
    • Oversee technical specifications, prototyping, testing (fit, wear, durability), and product improvements
    • Manage suppliers and manufacturers, including sourcing, cost negotiation, and quality control
    • Plan and control project timelines, track progress, and resolve development issues
    • Monitor budgets and control development costs in coordination with finance
    • Conduct market and trend analysis to drive product innovation and competitiveness
    • Align product development with marketing, sales, and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Industrial/Fashion Design, or related field (preferred)
    • 5+ years of experience in footwear development with proven team and cross-functional management
    • Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Proficient in design tools (e.g., CAD, Adobe Illustrator) with ability to balance creativity and practicality
