  • Job Description

    - Handle full-set accounting functions including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)
    - Prepare and record accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner
    - Issue invoices, receipts, and payment documents
    - Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
    - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
    - Prepare tax-related documents (e.g., VAT, withholding tax) in compliance with regulations
    - Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as auditors and accounting firms
    - Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
    - Support other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
    - Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting (AR/AP/GL)
    - Basic to intermediate level of English (able to communicate in workplace)
    - Knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    - Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
    - Good communication and teamwork skills
