    Key Responsibilities:
    - Accounting and corporate back-office support
    - Support execution of overseas store launch plans
    - Conduct market research and analyze local fitness industry trends
    - Provide interpretation and translation support (Thai ↔ Japanese)
    - Assist in daily store operations and management
    - Oversee and manage multiple store locations on-site
    - Handle emergency situations and local issue resolution

    Approximately 70%: Accounting and corporate back-office support
    Approximately 30%: Store management and operations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in any field
    - Minimum 3 years working experience
    - JLPT N2 or higher (Japanese proficiency)
    - Business-level English
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office

    【Advantage】
    - Experience managing or operating retail/store-based businesses
    - Experience in leadership or store management roles
    - Knowledge of the local fitness industry
