Job Description
- Fully support customers and contribute to relationship building
- Provide field operations support and deliver after-sales service to customers
- Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices to deliver high-quality field operations
- Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance servicing of machines
- Write accurate, professional reports on technical issues and interface with all relevant functions
- Set up new machines and conduct pre-delivery inspections prior to installation
- Conduct technical training for team members and customers as required
- Work closely with the manager
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Experience on maintenance department in Automobile Company or Industrial Company
- Communication English, (Japanese language ability will be an advantage)
- Ability to compile data and documents (Microsoft 365, Excel, word and PowerPoint etc.)
- Own car and driving license

- Experience about machine maintenance and PLC will be an advantageEnglish Level
