  • Job Description

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and capable Service Manager to lead and manage the field service engineering team at our Rayong operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing service operations related to industrial control equipment, sensors, and automation systems while ensuring high levels of technical support, maintenance quality, and customer satisfaction.
    This position requires strong leadership, engineering knowledge, and service management experience, particularly in equipment maintenance, mechanical systems, and instrumentation.

    Key Responsibilities
    (1) Managing for Control Valve Maintenance Business:
    - To oversee, to guide and to coach the service team, ensuring they follow best practices and maintain service level agreements.
    - To oversee and to assist in diagnosing issues of control valve, providing technical solutions for the best benefit of customers.
    - To improve the customer experience, this can include organizing work schedules, improving efficiency and ensuring prompt problem solving.
    - Maintaining Customer Relationships, to monitor issues and handling customer complaints, having strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and identify areas for improvement.
    - Managing Costs, to manage the budget related to a Company’s Maintenance & Service department effectively.
    - Quality Assurance, oversees quality standards to ensure the company delivers the highest quality of control valve services and complying to all related Group Company’s quality policies.

    (2) Safety and Environmental Issues:
    - To oversee and supervising the safety and environmental issues, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and take steps to mitigate any risks in a workplace.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
    - More 5 years in control valve maintenance and at least 5 years in a supervisory and management roles


    - 10+ years of experience in field service engineering, equipment maintenance, or industrial automation.
    - Experience in service team management or engineering management.
    - Experience leading and managing teams.
    - English: able to communicate effectively in business and technical situations.

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in industries related to industrial control equipment, machinery, or instrumentation is preferred.
    - Japanese: Preferred but not mandatory.
