  • Job Description

    As most accounting functions are outsourced, the main responsibilities focus primarily on document preparation and invoice issuance.

    - Support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)
    - Assist in preparing the trial balance
    - Document and data management
    - Organizing and maintaining accounting documents
    - Data entry and report preparation using Excel
    - Preparation of bank-related documents
    - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Able to start immediately under a 1-month contract employment
    - English communication level
    - At least 1 year of experience in accounting-related work

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
