    Initial Responsibilities (primarily accompanying and supporting the Sales Manager)
    - Strengthen relationships with existing customers
    - Maintain and expand sales of the company’s products
    - Provide support and follow-up for existing customers
    - Understand customer needs, prepare quotations, and support sales activities
    - Handle general tasks as requested by the Sales Manager
    - Prepare quotations

    - Supervise and develop subordinates
    - Identify customer needs and secure orders through sales activitiey

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 or higher (speaking ability emphasized)
    - Have at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support
    - Cheerful, diligent, and reliable

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
