Job Description
Prepare GPS devices and configure system settings prior to installation.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and analyze the root causes of equipment malfunctions.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to devices within limited time constraints.
Provide technical analysis and solutions, offer consultation to the Customer Support team, and give guidance on troubleshooting to field technicians.
Prepare technical issue summary reports using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
Qualifications
Requirement
Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues reported by customers, including coordinating with the Customer Support team and providing technical consultation so they can effectively respond to customer inquiries.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to analyze and resolve problems under pressure and within limited timeframes; strong coordination skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.)
Willingness to work overtime or on a rotating shift schedule.
Ability to travel to customer sites for equipment installation and troubleshooting.
Strong interest in learning new technologies.English Level
