  • Job Description

    Data Engineer
    - Design and build data pipelines (ETL/ELT) from multiple sources such as PLC/CNC/IoT sensors, MES/ERP/CMMS, and CSV/Excel.
    - Data modeling / DWH / lakehouse design (schema design, SCD, metadata management, data quality monitoring).
    - Develop streaming platforms for real-time metrics (downtime, alerts, utilization) visualization and distribution.

    Data Scientist
    - Problem framing (OEE, setup/changeover, bottlenecks, quality, maintenance), hypothesis design, EDA, and feature engineering.
    - Build models for time series / anomaly detection / reliability analysis (e.g., ARIMA/Prophet/LSTM).
    - Predictive maintenance (failure early-warning scoring, remaining useful life estimation) and root cause analysis (based on repair/maintenance history).
    - Create dashboards (Power BI / Tableau), embed insights into operations, and measure impact (pre-post comparison, A/B testing, DOE).

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bacheloe degree in Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or related in Engineering field.
    - At least 3 years work experience as related engineer in the manufacturing field.
    - Experience in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, and either PyTorch or TensorFlow) and SQL.
    - Experience in designing and operating data pipelines, data visualization and operational adoption using dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Looker, etc.)
    - Practical knowledge of manufacturing data (shop-floor measurements, MES/ERP, maintenance logs, etc.) is preferred.
    - Experience with one or more cloud platforms:Azure (IoT Hub/Event Hubs, Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks, Functions, Key Vault) /AWS (Kinesis/Glue/Redshift) /GCP (BigQuery/Dataflow)
    - Experience in production-grade quality assurance (testing, monitoring, reproducibility, access control, security)
    - Experience in time series / anomaly detection or reliability engineering (MTBF/MTTR/Weibull, etc.)Experience collecting and analyzing logs from CNC/machine tools (e.g., FANUC, Mitsubishi CNC)
