    Assistant work for sales/engineering of Logistics & Automation Devision
    ・Parts sales assistant (receiving and cheak parts from Japan)
    ・Documentation of quotation, invoice, etc.
    ・Purchasing work from group company in Japan.
    ・Communication with our customer & group company in Japan by e-mail & telephone.
    ・Logistics task .. Import procedure of machine from headquarters in Japan to our office.
    ・Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree in any fields
    - Over 3 year working experience as sales coordinator
    - English skill (Important item : communication ability by telephone & E-mail / TOEIC 500-)
    - Japanese skills (N3 up)

    【Advantage】
    - Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PPT)

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
