Job Description
-Repairing the electronics Car Audio including, radios, Display Monitor and stereo systems.
-Diagnose problems in malfunctioning car audio, determine the faulty part, and then decide whether it can be fixed or must be replaced.
-Order parts if needed and replace or repair parts
-Update Software and Run Tests on the measure Car Audio.
-Learn to use the product to provide basic troubleshooting advice to salespeople.
-Prepare weekly repair work summary reports and discuss with supervisors to help solve problems on the job.
-Perform Preventative Maintenance, on electronic Instrument to avoid issues and potential down time .
-5S control in a workplace.
-Other jobs assign by quality manager .
Qualifications
Requirement
EDUCATION :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or related filed.
EXPERIENCE:
- Background in Electronics Service & repair.
- Experience in Quality Assurance in Manufacturing or Automotive Business for more than 3 years
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
-Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive audio repair and troubleshooting.
-Ability to diagnose and repair audio-related issues (e.g., no sound, noise, connection problems).
-Ability to prepare technical reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
-Working-level English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) for coordination and reporting,
-Candidates with experience in installation or strong knowledge of automotive audio systems will be given special consideration.English Level
