• Job Description

  The R&D Skincare Officer is responsible for researching, developing, and improving skincare formulations in alignment with market trends, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, safety, and innovation throughout the product development process.
  
  • Research, develop, and improve skincare formulations in accordance with product concepts and briefs.
  • Conduct formulation trials, stability tests, and basic product performance evaluations.
  • Select and evaluate raw materials to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain formulation records, technical documents, and development reports.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to support product launch and scale-up.
  • Support troubleshooting related to formulation, production issues, or product quality.
  • Monitor skincare trends, new ingredients, and technological advancements in the cosmetics industry.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cosmetic regulations and internal standards.
  • Perform other R&D-related tasks as assigned.
