業務内容:
・基本設計および仕様の検討
・顧客のニーズに合わせた設備プランの立案・基本設計
・設計図書の精査および改善提案
・プロジェクトマネジメント業務
・協力会社(サブコン)および日本本社との連絡・調整・指導
・工程管理、品質管理、安全管理の統括
・現場での技術的課題の解決およびアドバイス
・見積もりの精査、コスト管理

Qualifications
Requirement
【必須条件】
・ME(機械・電気)設備の設計、施工管理経験
・要自動車運転免許
【歓迎条件】
・一級施工管理技士 もしくは 一級建築士資格保有者歓迎
・建築現場での施工管理経験 5年以上English Level
