Job Description

• Explore and assess new potential pineapple farming areas across sub-districts, districts, and provinces.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local growers, distributors, and agricultural stakeholders.• Serve as the primary contact point between the company and new or existing pineapple growers.• Collect, organize, and maintain visual and spatial data (e.g., maps, charts, field imagery) on pineapple productivity by location.• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing farm productivity, crop cycles, harvesting periods, and seasonal patterns across regions.• Analyze and forecast pineapple supply on micro (farm-level) and macro (regional-level) scales to support raw material planning.• Monitor and analyze key environmental and economic factors (e.g., weather, soil health, market trends) that influence crop yield.• Develop productivity prediction models and advise on sourcing strategies to align with manufacturing and business goals.• Support cross-functional teams with data and insights for business planning, investment analysis, and risk mitigation.• Assist in the implementation and education of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) with new growers as needed.• Collaborate with the procurement, production, and quality teams to align field data with operational requirements.• Maintain a central database or dashboard of field performance data to support real-time decision-making.
