Job Description
- Lead overall business strategy and commercial direction across key client portfolios.
- Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients on branding, marketing, and business growth initiatives.
- Oversee and support Client Service and Account teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
- Drive new business development, including pitching, proposal development, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships (upsell, cross-sell, long-term retainers).
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Media, and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to senior team members.
- Make high-level strategic and operational decisions to support agency growth, profitability, and sustainability.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Strong expertise in Branding and Marketing strategy.
- Proven experience in Client Service roles within a Creative Agency, combined with direct experience in marketing-side roles.
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years of continuous tenure within one organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and make strategic, business-driven decisions.
- Strong commercial mindset with a solid understanding of agency economics and client value creation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.English Level
