Job Description
Sales Support (Vietnam Market)
- Support communication with Vietnamese customers via email and phone.
- Assist in preparing quotations, sales documents, and basic follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer data and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Marketing Support
- Assist in basic online and offline marketing activities, including social media and company events.
- Support the creation of simple marketing materials such as short content, product descriptions, or event-related documents.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, conducting basic market research, and gathering competitor information.
General Coordination
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with document preparation, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in organizing or coordinating exhibitions and events when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Vietnamese or Thai nationality, currently residing in Thailand.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel overseas, particularly to Vietnam.English Level
