Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
    - Demonstrable knowledge of material processes including forging, heat treatment (HT), surface treatment (ST), pressing, and turning/machining.
    - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical requirements (demonstrable in assessment or interview).
    - Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
    - TOEIC 600+ or equivalent English proficiency.
