  • Job Description

    - Communicate and coordinate with customers to address and resolve quality-related issues.
    - Coordinate between customers and internal teams to conduct quality-related activities and initiatives.
    - Communicate quality issues and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.
    - Lead continuous improvement efforts and resolve quality issues occurring within the company.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
    - TOEIC score 500 or above.
    - Experience with industrial manufacturing processes, particularly machining, materials, heat treatment, and surface coating/plating processes.
    - Ability to read technical drawings and technical specifications.
    - Familiarity with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).

    Advantages:
    - Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
    - Process knowledge of forging, heat treatment (HT), surface treatment (ST), pressing, and turning/machining.
