  - Prepare consolidated financial statements (for Korean market listed company)
  - Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
  - Manage bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
  - Support tax filings (corporate tax, VAT, etc.)
  - Handle internal and external audits
  - Manage cash flow and liquidity
  - Prepare budgets and monitor budget vs. actual performance
  - Conduct financial analysis and report to management
  - Support funding and investment planning as needed
  - Consolidate accounting data with head office and affiliated companies
  
  *The role will involve a small amount of HR and general affairs tasks.
  *Since this is a startup phase, there are no plans to manage subordinates or have direct reports.
