  [Key resposibility]
  1.Manage and control overall operation of Warehouse
  2.Manage overall staff headcount and skill development
  3.Manage warehouse equipment to ensure readiness and efficiency
  4.Manage and control cost /Expenses usage of warehouse
  5.Manage Safety quality cost delivery in Warehouse to effectiveness.
  6.Manage team to perform to correct works following control plan
  7.Manage and control warehouse operation through motivation ,mention and coaching.
  8.Supervise warehouse staff to comply with the company regulation and meet Organizational goals
  9.Report operation and department KPI result to management team
  10.Improve productivity ,safety environment and internal Warehouse operation and process efficiently
  11.Coordinate with department such as logistics ,Planning ,Purchasing ,Production
  12.Collect and manage data relate to warehouse activities (Receive, Stock ,Issues, Balance)
  13.Design the layout of warehouse to maximize space utilization and supply efficiency
  14.Ensure the work standard are taken seriously on operations site.
  15.Plan and all of the employees competence, upgrade Knowledge.
  16.Other tasks as assigned.
