  • Job Description

    • In charge of presales activities, review customer requirements shared by sales team.
    • Provide solution proposal to meet customer requirement
    • Participate in customer meetings with sales to explain solutions
    • Support Business Analysis task, understand and document current business processes (As-Is) in financial domains such as banking, leasing, and consumer finance
    • Design improved business processes (To-Be) and analyze gaps
    • Create business requirement documents and functional specifications
    • Define functional and non-functional requirements for the system

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT-related operations for the financial industry (banking, leasing, or consumer finance).
    • English: Conversational and email communication level.
    • Thai: Native or business level.
    • Strong logical thinking, flexible & proactive mind, and documentation skills.
