  Job Overview
  We are seeking a skilled Painting Technician with hands-on experience in painting vehicles or related products. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing the entire painting process—from surface preparation to final finishing—independently and with high quality.
  
  Responsibilities
  - Perform full-cycle painting work for vehicles and other related products, including:
  - Surface preparation, sanding, and priming
  - Base coat and top coat application
  - Final finishing and polishing
  - Select and mix paints to achieve required color and finish
  - Perform quality inspections to ensure paintwork meets company standards
  - Maintain painting equipment, tools, and work areas in proper condition
  - Follow safety procedures and ensure safe operation of tools and materials
  - Collaborate with team members as needed while maintaining high individual work quality
