Job Description

- Maintain and organize key corporate documents, including director and shareholder registration lists, notices and minutes of Board and Shareholder meetings, and the Company’s Annual Report. Ensure all meetings comply with relevant laws and the Company’s Articles of Association.- Prepare and submit reports of company transactions involving Directors and Executives, with copies provided to the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Internal Audit Committee.- Manage and supervise the legal function to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.- Handle corporate communications and public relations activities, including shareholder relations, rights communication, company updates, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects.- Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the President.- Oversee and monitor company budgeting in coordination with the Finance Department.- Liaise with the Internal Audit team to ensure effective, efficient, and reliable organizational processes.- Support strategic planning initiatives and monitor progress toward company goals.- Contribute to overall organizational success by completing related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
