We are currently seeking a Site Management Engineer to join our Cooling System Division, which mainly handles air-conditioning systems and cooling towers
Job Description:
- As a Site Management Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction and installation projects related to air-conditioning and electrical systems. Your key duties include:
- Coordinating with clients and subcontractors
- Supervising and instructing subcontractors at construction sites
- Managing overall site operations including schedule, quality, and safety control
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to plans and deadlines
- Supervising and managing local site staff
- Communicating effectively with clients and handling on-site issues
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management related to facilities such as air-conditioning systems, mechanical or electrical installations, or design and construction works.
- Language: English – conversational level or higher
- Driving license
