Job Description
- Data processing and document/material preparation using Excel
- Coordination with the internal Customer Service department (including customer-related negotiations, internal coordination, scheduling of installation dates, delivery management, and handling of defect response)
- Management of camera product shipments, inventory, and purchasing operations
- Improvement of various operations (collaboration with other departments and streamlining of workflows)
- Preparation of manuals and promotion of operational efficiency improvements
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Have JLPT N1–N2 (capable of business-level conversation and document writing)
- Have experience in customer communication via phone and email (approximately 3 years or more, industry not specified)
- Basic computer skills (intermediate level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
[Advantage]
- Have experience in any of the following areas: shipping, inventory control, or purchasing operations
- Have experience in the IT industry, SaaS-related business, or a start-up company
- Have experience handling inquiries from end-users regarding additional orders, delivery schedules, or product issues.English Level
