Job Description
- Establish policies and operational guidelines for the organization's quality management system.
- Control and monitor operations to ensure compliance with quality system requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits.
- Oversee product quality in the OEM production line.
- Manage the QA and QMS teams and support team development.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in QA/QMS in the automotive parts manufacturing or OEM industry.
- At least 4 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or other standards).
- At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing, and customer certification.
- Ability to plan quality strategies and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, including the ability to work effectively with various departments.English Level
