Job Description
- Develop, plan, and conduct training programs for housekeeping teams to ensure high-quality service standards
- Design training materials, guidelines, and SOPs tailored to operational needs
- Initiate and manage new training projects independently
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with operations teams and management to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Coach and mentor team leaders or senior housekeeping staff to strengthen internal capabilities
- Ensure training programs align with company standards and client expectations
- Prepare training reports and present findings to management for review
Qualifications
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping training, preferably in a top 4 facilities management company (PCS, ISS/IFS, NAP, G4S)
OR experience in training housekeeping staff in 4–5 star hotels
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs or personal development plans
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver training to diverse teams
- Hands-on experience in operational housekeeping is an advantage
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyEnglish Level
