Job Description
- Lead a 500+ staff operations team across Bangkok and surrounding areas
- Manage 4 operations team leaders and 1 admin staff
- Oversee cleaning service contracts to ensure compliance
- Monitor budgets and P&L, controlling operational costs
- Develop operational strategies and system improvements
- Implement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Introduce new processes to reduce costs and improve service
- Track performance and create KPIs for the team
- Coordinate with clients to resolve issues and meet their expectations
Qualifications
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years in cleaning, facility operations, or related field
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design solutions and improve operational processes independently
- Growth mindset, proactive, and ready to take on challengesEnglish Level
