• Job Description

  - Oversee and manage the Facilities & Maintenance Department to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  - Supervise and support department staff, ensuring proper allocation of tasks and resources.
  - Provide on-the-job training and development opportunities to enhance staff competency and performance.
  - Ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all facilities systems, including utilities and distribution systems.
  - Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation
  - Architecture, Civil, and Mechanical works
  - Building Automation System (BAS)
  - Manage high-risk spare parts and materials related to the department’s scope of work.
  - Plan, manage, and execute projects related to facilities and maintenance, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  - Qualify, select, and manage external contractors and outsourcing partners involved in facilities and maintenance projects.
  - Ensure all systems, including energy resources and control systems, are fully operational and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
  - Maintain strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
