  • Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Affiliates, KOLs, Media Agencies, and Communities to drive brand awareness and sales.
    • Identify, recruit, and support potential KOLs/Affiliate partners through outreach, training, and resource sharing.
    • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with clear terms and expectations.
    • Monitor and analyze KOL/Affiliate and live-stream performance to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Set strategies, oversee execution, and ensure achievement of sales and engagement targets.
    • Manage campaigns across TikTok, Facebook Live, Shopee/Lazada, and Instagram, including competitor benchmarking and performance analysis.
    • Handle budgets, stock tracking, ROI monitoring, and monthly reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure aligned and impactful communication.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree/ Master degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or communication roles
    • Strong understanding of KOLs/Affiliate/Live Streaming marketing principles, strategies and best practices.
    • Experience in working with KOLs and Affiliate marketing platforms, networks and tracking tools with the ability to multitask and prioritize work commitments.
    • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and related KPIs.
    • Good command of English

    Advantage:
    • Ideally have experience in supplements, skincare, or beauty products.
