  • Job Description

    - Manage quality issue handling procedures, internal system updates, and information sharing with Sales, Customers, and HQ QA/QC.
    - Prepare technical analysis reports based on QA Center results and provide English translations.
    - Respond promptly to quality claims from customers and sales offices across Southeast Asia, and report to HQ.
    - Handle recall notifications, progress tracking, and documentation with related departments.
    - Follow up on customer evaluations related to PCN in collaboration with Sales to ensure timely issue resolution.
    - Provide training to Sales teams on technical and quality-related topics, and support audit preparations.
    - Promote continuous quality improvement through quality enhancement initiatives and customer satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
    - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or field engineering
    - Experience in handling customers or suppliers
    - JLPT N1 or equivalent effeciancy
    - Strong command of English, both spoken and written

    [Advantage]
    - Working experience in Japan
    - Experience in semiconductor, electronics industry
