  • Job Description

    - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
    - Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
    - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
    - Provide administrative support to the Accounting team, including filing, data entry, and other clerical duties
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
    - Maintain compliance with applicable accounting principles, laws, and regulations
    - Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in accounting
    ‐ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Preferably in the manufacturing or engineering construction industry
    - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
    - Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
    - Being familiar with BOI accounting
