Job Description
- Supervise and guide the team in planning, optimizing, and managing media campaigns across platforms to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee and manage dashboards to monitor both client KPIs and internal team KPIs, ensuring overall campaign and team performance are on track.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify insights and continuously improve media effectiveness.
- Lead and supervise the media team, ensuring smooth execution and quality delivery across all projects.
- Provide guidance, problem-solving, and decision-making support for team members in real-time situations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align on strategy, goals, and performance outcomes.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or higher in Advertising, Marketing or other related fields.
- 5 years experienced in online media (1 year experienced in an agency)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with media tools (planning, optimization, dashboard, tracking, and analysis).
- Proven experience managing campaigns and leading a media team in an agency environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) is a strong plus.
