Job Description
1. Graphic design and produce visual materials for both online and offline channels, including social media assets, marketing materials, and printed media.
2. Create illustrations and graphic elements for marketing, PR, and presentation purposes.
3. Plan, shoot (if required), edit, and produce short-form videos for digital platforms, websites, and advertising use.
4. Enhance video content with motion graphics, text, music, and sound effects to improve engagement.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and related teams to understand objectives and target audiences.
6. Present creative work, gather feedback, and revise designs and videos according to brand direction and management input.
7. Ensure all outputs strictly follow brand guidelines, are accurate, well-organized, and delivered on time.
Qualifications
Requirement
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Communication Arts, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a similar discipline is required.
- Prior experience in graphic design and/or video production within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalent software) is required.
- Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools are expected.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong creativity, good design sense, and the ability to turn ideas into practical outputs.
- A solid understanding of design principles, color, typography, visual composition, digital marketing, and online media trends is essential.
- The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, high responsibility, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.English Level
