  • Job Description

    - Develop business and sales plans to build brand equity, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
    - Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing and sales strategies.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and trade partners (Old Trade Retailers).
    - Present product information, including technical and service knowledge, directly to customers.
    - Expand customer base and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
    - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
    - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely sales operations.
    - Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    - At least 3 years of experience in the tire industry or related automotive field (passionate entry-level candidates are also welcome).
    - Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively upcountry.
    - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    - Analytical, systematic thinker with a proactive attitude.
    - TOEIC score is an advantage.
    - Willingness to relocate to other regions in the future if required.
