  • Job Description

    - Operate and perform technical quality controls using Keyence metrology equipment.
    - Develop, maintain, and improve motion control machinery used in gemstone manufacturing.
    - Design parts and equipment improvements using CAD software.
    - Support the troubleshooting and optimization of linear/rotary motion systems (Zaber systems).
    - Collaborate with the manufacturing team and external suppliers to support production needs.
    - Contribute to technical improvements in CNC, casting, and 3D printing workflows.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Proficient in CAD software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
    - Familiarity with manufacturing processes like CNC, casting, and 3D printing.
    - Understanding of motion control systems (linear stage, rotary stage); Zaber product experience is a plus.
    - Programming skills in Python, C++, or G-Code are highly valued but not mandatory.
    - Good command of English (written & spoken).
    - Self-motivated, able to work independently and report directly to the CEO.
    - Strong technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting ability.
    - Hands-on work experience or a significant technical internship is required.
