Job Description
- Coordinate the end-to-end shipment process of finished goods to customers in the UK.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the factory, internal departments, and UK clients to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics issues.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Monitor delivery schedules and update stakeholders regarding order status and potential delays.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to optimize delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, correspondence, and related documentation.
- Support the Sales Department with administrative tasks related to international order fulfillment and reporting.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export coordination within the PCB or electronic components manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of international trade.
- English proficiency sufficient for communication with UK clients.
【Advantage】
- Experience working with UK or European customers.
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures in the UK.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems under tight deadlines.English Level
