  • Part of the management team in formulating and managing corporate strategies, plans, executions, and budgets to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and control all quality systems in a manufacturing plant to achieve targeted qualities for customers.
  • Manage and control the environmental issues of the plant.
  • Lead and drive process improvement efforts i.e. lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects for a continuous improvement.
  • Fully responsible to manage ISO system as a QMR (Internal audit, External audit, Customer complaint, Customer satisfaction survey, document control, and management review)
  • Communicating and promoting quality achievement, performance improvement, and the desired quality mind throughout the organization.
  • Reports and other works as assigned by the company.
